Personalisation Service - Terms and Conditions

Personalisation Service Cut-Off Date: 27th March 2025 at 22:00 HKT

Please note that all personalised orders received after the cut-off date set out above will only be shipped out on or after 7th April 2025.

 

  • A maximum of 8 alphabets will be accepted. Symbols and numbers are not applicable to this service.
  • Each personalised piece is stamped delicately one by one. The preview photo is simulation and may not be an accurate representation of the actual product. A slight difference may be expected.
  • Please note that the service fee CANNOT be refunded, redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products. Personalised pieces CANNOT be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Any changes or cancellations are NOT accepted once an order has been placed.
  • If you have ordered more than one item, and any of them is a personalised item, your entire order will only be shipped until the personalised item is ready for delivery. We will notify you of any changes, but your order will remain.
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 working days on top of the above estimated delivery times for all personalised items.
  • This service is only applicable to select small leather goods.
  • Please note that the actual printing colour may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting sources. A slight difference may be expected.
  • In case of any disputes, Samuel Ashley reserves the final decision on all matters.
